Youèll have abetter chance at winning the lottery that getting past the tutorial. But on the other hand, what do you expect from the same company that made rig n roll just a year before this?. Good truck reaction over mud etc. It's a good purchase if around 5$ because this game will soon outdated (even though it's unique!).. Lets pretend to be rock bouncers in austrialian styled adventure rigs.. 5/10, this game is not worth the money, or the time. it is not "true-to-life" at all. 1C should get their Ish together and make a decent game or gtfo. How do you expect us to play an offroad game where you can not go offroading? All you can do is follow the racetrack, that's it. physics are crap, suspension is not realistic by any stretch of the imagination, the sounds of the engines are too similar. Looks like they rebooted one of their old offroad games with fancy graphics. that's the only good thing about the game...the graphics.My advice: go download rigs of rods (for free), if you want an offroading game where you can do some offroading.. I got this game hoping it was as easy to play as the trailers showed, but even if i took the same line as in the trailer, I got stuck and had to winch out, then got a penalty for no reason. The game also crashed when I had another tab open.. Couldn't even make it past the tutorial because it stopped giving me proper instructions half way through. Also, what sort of Xbox 360 controller control scheme makes you push Shift on your keyboard plus another key on the controller to accomplish something?. OK lets go over the pros and cons of Off-Road Drive. In the reveiws I noticed that opinions sway both ways on this game. It seems that the majority of negative reveiws are based on comparing Off-Road Drive to most other 4X4 racing games. Off-Road Drive is not your typical open world style gaming that most other platforms utilize. With that said, I grew up deep in the Rocky Mountains and have a lot of real life experience with professional level 4-Wheel Driving. The dynamics of Off-Road Drive follows Newtons Laws of physics exactly the way it is in real life. If your expecting a fast pace high speed open world off road racing game this is ones not it. Off-Road Drive requires the real life timing of skills which involves the understanding of all the technical functions such as locking Positraction gears, adjusting tire pressure along with using a wench to pull out of tight or steep sections. If your a fan of very realistic simulation style gaming Off-Road Drive is, in my opinion, an awesome game, not to mention the price is very reasonable for what you get!
